One of my favorite things to produce is a t-shirt! They are a ton of work up front, but I love the final product, and I'm always amazed to see how many of my older shirts are still being worn by fans years after their production. All of the shirts I have made are on 100% pre-shrunk cotton shirts, using the screen printing process. My shirts can run up to 14 printed colors, so it's always a challenge to find a good printer who can do that much! It also means my shirts are always limited runs, because it costs far too much to run a design more than one time. I always hate to disappoint fans who ask if I can make shirts with a specific design, but having high quality means I can't make small runs. But, I'm always looking into new ways of doing things, so please, keep asking questions! 8)
